The costume, with all accessories including holster phone and visor "shades," fits any individual of average build between 5'7" and 6' tall. Made of orange and white washable fur, the costume makes a big impression!

The costume, as with any walk around character, is hot and confining, so be prepared! Have a helper walk with Red E. and an area where the person in the costume can take frequent breaks.

Since the costume should only be used to reinforce positive messages about the proper way to use 9-1-1 to save lives and property, Red E. may not appear at commercial occasions without a specific public safety education purpose and can never be used to endorse a commercial product or candidate for public office.
